We recently came across Critter Sitters on NextDoor. We just moved here and after reading a few reviews we thought we would give Kathy a call. She came over to meet us and we connected instantly. She is kind and professional. Our dog loved her. While we were away she stayed at our home for 3 nights. She texted, sent photos and spoiled our dog with tons of love and attention. Kathy is a caring individual and is very good with pets.  They begin to trust her immediately. Our very shy elderly cat actually allowed Kathy to pet her the first time they met.  This has never happened before.  She normally would run and hide when a stranger is in the house.  Kathy is a very detailed and organized pet sitter, taking notes during our conversations to make sure she gets everything correct.  She takes her job seriously and provided the best care possible for our cat.  We made sure that we got our pet sitter reservation in early to ensure that Kathy would be available to pet sit  for my brother’s small dog when we go on our upcoming vacation. When we started traveling again after the pandemic, our two dogs needed a very special pet sitter that could work patiently with sensitivities to strangers, other dogs, and even food. Before I even hired her, Kathy offered to meet in person so that she could get to know the dogs and my particular concerns with leaving them. The meeting lasted over an hour, with Kathy taking the time to get to know me and my dogs. After that meeting, I knew my dogs would be VERY well cared for while I was away.
